• The preparation and dispatch of Notices regarding Ground Rent
• Preparation and dispatch of Ground Rent and Service Charge Demands (this will be done on either a yearly or half yearly basis)
• Collection and recording of ground rents and service charges
• Preparation of arrears reminders, if required

Budgeting

An annual Proposed Budget of Income & Expenditure will be prepared and agreed with the Management Company Directors/Residents Association. This will include charges for buildings insurance, health & safety, cleaning, gardening and regular maintenance as well as a reserve fund.

Insurance Services For Blocks

This firm is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry out insurance mediation activity which is broadly advising on, selling, and administration of insurance contracts.

This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website www.fsa.gov.uk
