Gray Property Management is a family run business specialising in Property Management. The Company is completely independent and is not affiliated to any larger company or any estate agency or letting agency chain. The Company is owned by David and Margaret Gray.

David Gray is a chartered surveyor who has worked in the Portsmouth area for the last 25 years. Margaret Gray began work in the Lettings and Property Management industry 20 years ago and was the Area Lettings Manager of one of the large letting agency chains before starting Margaret Gray Lettings and later Gray Property Management. Both have a wealth of experience to benefit you.
